Davivienda Group fue constituída en marzo de 2025 bajo las leyes de la República de Panamá por algunos de los actuales accionistas del Banco Davivienda. La holding será el vehículo corporativo a través del cuál se integren las operaciones de las Entidades BNS (The Bank of Nova Scotia) en Colombia, Costa Rica y Panamá con las operaciones de Davivienda.
Nuestros accionistas tendrán acceso a los beneficios de la integración de las operaciones, al ser parte de una operación más grande, diversificada y con un perfil financiero sólido.
Como consecuencia de su naturaleza de vehículo intermedio de propósito especial, Davivienda Group es una entidad que no se encuentra sometida a la vigilancia de autoridades de supervisión financieras en Panamá ni en Colombia, aunque hace parte del Conglomerado Financiero Bolívar en Colombia.

Securities issuance processes
The Colombian Financial Superintendency authorized the registration of Davivienda Group S.A. as a foreign securities issuer in the National Registry of Securities and Issuers (RNVE), and of its common (ordinary) and preferred (preferential) shares. It also authorized Davivienda Group S.A. to make simultaneous public offerings of these shares. The Colombian Stock Exchange (bvc) authorized the registration of the Preferred Shares. See attachment.
