Carlos Guillermo Arango Uribe

Principal and Equity Member

Born in 1951.

He is an economist from the University of Antioquia, with a postgraduate degree from the Advanced Management Program at INALDE Business School.

He has held various positions in the financial sector, including First-level Agency Director at Conavi, Financial Assistant for Compañía Seguros Bolívar in Medellín, and Manager of the Construction Department at the same company.

Throughout his long career, he has had the opportunity to serve as a board member for various financial sector entities, such as Capitalizadora Bolívar S.A., Seguros Comerciales Bolívar S.A., Compañía de Seguros Bolívar S.A., and Fiduciaria Davivienda S.A.

This has given him extensive knowledge in comprehensive risk management and in the understanding, monitoring, and strengthening of Internal Control Systems. Additionally, outside of the financial sector, he has served as Manager and President of Constructora Bolívar S.A

He has also held alternate positions on the boards of Pensiones Santander, Eternit Atlántico, Industrias e Inversiones Samper, BISÓN, and the Board of Delegates at Incuagro E.U.

He is currently a Principal Member of the Board of Directors of Banco Davivienda S.A.

Álvaro Carrillo Buitrago

Born in 1968.

He is an economist with a specialization in Project Preparation and Evaluation from Universidad del Rosario. He also completed diplomas in Strategic Management at Universidad del Rosario and Advanced Banking Management at Universidad de los Andes.

At Banco Davivienda, he has held positions as a Professional, Assistant, Head, and Director of the Planning Department, Assistant to the President, Administrative Vice President, Executive Vice President of Personal Banking, and Executive Vice President of Corporate Banking. Since 2021, he has served as the President of Seguros Bolívar S.A.. He also has more than three years of experience in financial and credit risk at banking institutions.

He has extensive experience on boards of directors, including Seguros Bolívar, Titularizadora, Fiduciaria Davivienda, and Corredores Davivienda.

He currently holds the position of President of Seguros Bolívar S.A.. He is also a legal representative for Grupo Bolívar S.A., Compañía de Seguros Bolívar S.A., Seguros Comerciales Bolívar S.A., Capitalizadora Bolívar S.A., Multinversiones Bolívar S.A.S, Soluciones Bolívar S.A.S, Servicios Bolívar S.A., Servicios Bolívar Facilities S.A.S, Inversiones CFD S.A.S., Riesgo e Inversiones Bolívar Internacional S.A., and Sentido Empresarial Internacional S.A.. He is a board member for Banco Davivienda S.A., Servicios Bolívar S.A., and Riesgo e Inversiones Bolívar Internacional S.A.. He also serves as a Principal Member of the Executive Council at Fundación Bolívar Davivienda and Fundación Cultiva el Arte y la Cultura.

Álvaro Peláez Arango

Born in 1951.

He is a Civil Engineer from Universidad de los Andes. Throughout his professional career, he has focused on the financial and residential construction sectors, specifically at the company Cusezar S.A. There, he held positions ranging from programming and budget engineer to resident site engineer in Bogotá, and ultimately, General Manager.

He has served as an alternate member on the board of directors for Banco Superior, Granbanco, Constructora Solidez (in liquidation), Constructora Portobelo, and Constructora Monticelo S.A.

He is currently a Principal Member of the Board of Directors of Banco Davivienda S.A.

Andrés Flórez Villegas

Principal and Independent Member

Born in 1972.

He is a Lawyer from Javeriana University with a specialization in Insurance Law from the same university and a Master of Laws, with an emphasis on corporate law, financial legislation, and capital markets, from Cornell University.

He has served as Legal Director of the Bogotá Stock Exchange, Assistant Vice President of the Legal Department at Citibank, Deputy Superintendent for Issuers at the Securities Superintendency, Director of FOGAFIN, Senior Member of the Board of Directors of Protección, and Senior Member of the Board of Directors of the Securities Market Self-Regulatory Organization.

In addition, he has more than three years of experience in legal risk, reputational risk, and financial risk, and has attended the ACFE Annual Conference in Nashville, the ACFE Annual Conference in Seattle, and several Asobancaria conferences.

He is currently a founding partner of the firm Flórez & Asociados Asesores jurídicos and is a member of the Board of Directors of Banco Davivienda S.A. and Concesionaria Autovía Neiva Girardot and Solunion Colombia Seguros De Crédito S.A.

Diego Molano Vega

Born in 1967.

Electronic Engineer from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, with a Master's degree in Economics from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and an MBA from the International Institute for Management Development – IMD Lausanne, Switzerland. He has served as Minister of Information and Communications (MINTIC) in Colombia.

He is currently the President of ETB and is a principal member of the Board of Directors of Compañía de Seguros Bolívar S.A., Banco Davivienda S.A., Fundación Solidaridad por Colombia, Colvatel S.A., and Promigas.

María Claudia Lacouture Pinedo

Principal and Independent Member

Born in 1974.

She holds a degree in Finance and International Relations from the Externado University of Colombia, a Master's degree in Agricultural Economics, and a specialization in Marketing and Management from Cornell University. At Proexport, she held the position of Market Intelligence and Commercial Manager for Manufacturing and Tourism. She served as President of ProColombia between August 2010 and May 2016. Former Minister of Commerce, Industry, and Tourism from May 2016 to August 2017. She has more than three years of experience in reputational, legal, technological, and country risk issues. She has extensive experience on boards of directors: BANCOLDEX, Fondo Nacional de Garantías S.A., Fondo de Garantías de Entidades Cooperativas FOGACOOP, Fiduciaria Colombiana de Comercio Exterior S.A. FIDUCOLDEX.

She currently serves as Executive Director of AmCham Colombia and principal member of the Board of Directors of Banco Davivienda S.A.

Elsa Margarita Noguera de la Espriella

Born in 1972.

She holds a degree in Economics from Javeriana University and a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from Norte University. She attended the Women's Leadership Program at Yale University and is currently enrolled in the Senior Management Program at Cambridge University. She has more than 10 years of experience in the public sector in the positions of Mayor of the city of Barranquilla, Governor of Atltantico, and Minister of Housing, City, and Territory in Colombia.

She has extensive experience on boards of directors: Findeter (representing the provincial government), Triple A, Área Metropolitana de Barranquilla, Transmetro, ProBarranquilla, and Carnaval S.A., and is an advisor to the boards of directors of AT Kearney and Marymount School.

She currently serves as legal representative for a consulting firm and and principal member of the Board of Directors of Banco Davivienda S.A.

Javier Suárez Esparragoza

He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad de los Andes, a Master's in Finance and a Master's in Actuarial Science from Georgia State University, and a diploma in Bank Management from Universidad de los Andes.

He has over 30 years of experience in the financial sector. He has served as Marketing Assistant at Compañía de Seguros Bolívar S.A., Head of Health Insurance Marketing at Seguros Comerciales Bolívar S.A., Management Assistant, Actuarial Assistant, and Vice President of Financial Risks at the same entity, as well as Director of Financial Risks at Compañía de Seguros Bolívar S.A., and President of Seguros Bolívar.

He currently serves as the President of Banco Davivienda S.A. and President of Davivienda Group S.A.

Álvaro Montero Agón

Born in 1970.

He is a lawyer from Universidad Nacional de Colombia, with a specialization in Financial Law from Universidad de los Andes, and a Master's degree in Direction and Management of Social Security Systems from Universidad de Alcalá de Henares.

He has over 30 years of experience in the financial sector. He has served as: Contracts Group Lawyer, Legal Directorate Lawyer, Pensions Division Lawyer, Head of the Pensions and Severance Division, Legal Advisor to the Superintendent Delegate for Pensions, Legal Director of Pensions, Trusts (Fiduciarias) and Severance at the Banking Superintendence, Regulatory Controller at Skandia Valores, Regulatory Controller at Skandia Fiduciaria, and Legal Vice President of Compliance at Skandia.

He currently holds the positions of Legal Vice President of Banco Davivienda S.A. and Legal Secretary of Davivienda Group S.A.

Pedro Uribe Torres

Born in 1973.

He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering and a specialization in Finance from Universidad de los Andes, and completed the Advanced Medex program at INALDE.

He has over 30 years of experience in the financial sector. He has served as an Executive Advisor at Seguros Comerciales Bolívar S.A. and at Banco Davivienda as Management and Credit Card Professional, Credit Card Information System Coordinator, Risk System Coordinator, Planning Projects Coordinator, Head of the Planning Department, Director of Planning and Risk, Vice President of Financial Risk and Control, Vice President of Payment Methods, and Executive International Vice President.

He currently holds the positions of Executive Vice President of Corporate Banking at Banco Davivienda S.A. and Treasurer of Davivienda Group S.A.
